About Us
Maestro Society was incorporated on 27.02.2009 under the Multistate Co-operative Societies Act, 2002 and registered with the Central Registrar with the sole object to construct residential flats for its members.
Subsequently, the Society purchased agricultural land approx. 27.30 Acres from the land owners in Village Ramzanpur Mohammadpur, North Delhi, which was planned to be converted into residential land under DDA Land Pooling Policy for construction of residential flats to its members.
The society is an applicant under Land Pooling Scheme floated by the DDA for developing dwelling units for the members of the Society. The society is waiting for the operationalization of the Land Pooling Scheme by the DDA
